Guided by expert care and deep respect, we will help horses rebuild mind and body, while giving back through therapeutic programs supporting veterans and the wider community.
As a Community Interest Company, we’re dedicated to strengthening the Island’s equine network through practical support and meaningful opportunities for local work and volunteering.

The Grand Plan
Fir Tree Rescue Ranch is a beautiful vision. We’ve found a remarkable piece of land with the character and natural beauty for that vision to take root. The land has the room our horses will need to roam and heal, and the potential to grow into a true haven for them and other wildlife.
The purchase of the land is in motion, and we hope to complete it within the next 6 months.
Every pound donated goes directly into creating this forever home for horses – a financially sustainable, transparent sanctuary that will protect them for generations to come. Your donations will be put towards practical items such as:
- Water troughs
- Field shelters
- Mud mats
- Rugs
- Feed bins
- Farrier visits
- Horse transportation
- and the ongoing care of the horses.
